RETURN POLICY

This policy applies to all of our brands:  
Anuschka, Anna by Anuschka, and Vanya Lara. 

Anuschka Holiday Returns Policy 2024
For holiday gifts purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2024, we are pleased to offer an extended return period. These items will be eligible for return until January 17, 2025. Please note that this is a temporary extension to our standard return window, and while the return period for qualifying holiday purchases is extended, all standard return eligibility requirements still apply.

Standard Return Policy
At Anuschka Leather, we are pleased to accept return requests for regularly priced merchandise purchased through our website within 30 days of receipt. For a smooth and hassle-free return process, please ensure that all returned items are new, unworn, and include all original packaging materials, tags, and accessories.

For Sale items and Vanya Lara Jewelry, return requests should be made within 15 days of receipt. Additionally, Final sale products are not eligible for return.

**We kindly request that you take a moment to understand how our products are made before initiating a return. The majority of our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each piece being one-of-a-kind. Due to the hand-painted nature of our products, variations in artwork and colors may occur, and small imperfections in the leather and painting are completely normal. Differences in color and feel are a characteristic of high-quality leather products. As the leather ages, it will develop a natural patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and exposure to direct sunlight, further enhancing the unique appearance of your leather product. 

Print-on-demand items, which are manufactured and shipped by a third-party company, Printify, are made to order and are not eligible for return. 

We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase to ensure that you are satisfied with your selection. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@anuschkaleather.com 

If you have purchased your Anuschka products from another retailer, please contact them directly for any exchanges or returns.  

We do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange your item, you may simply return your unused product within your return period for a refund/credit and place a new order. 

HOW TO START A RETURN  

  • Find your Anuschkaleather.com order number (e.g. WBUS1211) 
  • Take note of the item you wish to return (description or item #) 
  • We will ask for a brief reason for the return (e.g. too small)

A return authorization, return instructions, and a return shipping label will then be emailed to you for items eligible for return. 

  • Please note that returns & authorizations are processed M-F from 10-4 EST (excluding Holidays) 
  • We do not send return authorizations or return shipping labels by mail. 
  • A pre-paid shipping label will be provided by email for US domestic returns during the return period for eligible items. A $7.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that for the return of oversized, home goods, or multiple items, a return fee of $9.99 to $21.99 will be deducted from your refund/credit. Certain returns, such as final sale products, are only eligible for a refund to an Anuschka Gift Card.

    As a token of our appreciation for your continued support, we're excited to offer you a Free Return option! Instead of having a return fee deducted from your refund, you can receive the full amount in the form of an Anuschkaleather.com e-gift card, which can be used on your next order. This e-gift card will be emailed to you as soon as your return is processed, giving you a seamless way to shop for your next Anuschka piece. **Exclusions Apply, shipping fees are non-refundable.

    All products must be returned with a return authorization and include all original packaging materials, tags, and accessories for a refund/credit. Any returns without a return authorization will cause delays or possible loss.  

    Return processing usually takes 5-7 business days after receipt of your package. You will be refunded to your original form of payment or an Anuschka Gift Card. Outbound shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable. 

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

    The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning products to Anuschka. Prior to returning any item, please email us at hello@anuschkaleather.com with your order #, the product you would like to return, and a brief reason why (e.g. too small), to obtain a Return Authorization. **See return policy above. 

    All products must be returned with a return authorization and include all original packaging materials for a refund. Any return without a return authorization could cause delays or loss.   

    Return processing can take 7-10 business days after receipt of your package. You will be refunded for the returned items to your original form of payment.  

    **Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
